For first time customers of The Essential Apothecary the minimum initial order value is $150. Subsequent orders will only require an order value of $100. All orders require a minimum of 3 pieces of any individual item.

To place your initial wholesale order, please either email me at wholesale@theessentialapothecaryshop.com or call me at (570)- 504-6449 after 5PM EST.
Please have an order form or the web site available when calling so that you can reference item numbers. Once I have your business added as a registered user and received a copy of your reseller’s certificate, you will be added to the wholesale customer group and be able to order online. I will provide a initial password to login to your account.
For subsequent orders, you may either email, call, or submit your order via my website, https://www.theessentialapothecaryshop.com/. You must be logged in to your account to receive wholesale pricing.
- Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive generally 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any orders over $500. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS.
- Shipping
Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment. Currently, we do not offer payment terms (Net 30, 60, 90, etc.). We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, checks (with a 10 day hold for processing), cashier’s checks, and US money orders. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee. Credit Card charges will appear on your statement as The Essential Apothecary. We also accept PayPal and Venmo.
Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact me for information about availability.
- Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders currently.
- Privacy Policy
We hate spam as much as you do and will never share your information with anyone. It is for our eyes only. Subscription to our newsletter is not automatic and must be registered for by you. The only automatic subscription is for our resellers who will be added to a reseller list to be notified of any important changes in policies, line sheets updates, and things of similar important nature that directly affect your account and sales. Sensitive information entered online is encrypted and transmitted using Secure Socket Layers.
